Heart Rate Training
Here at NuFit Studio we are about getting you the results you seek! We know everyone is different, and we do our best to pay attention to what our bodies are "telling" us.
Heart Rate Training is Key! It's not about staying in a specific zone the entire duration of the workout. What's important is the intervals and spikes in your heart rate. We us High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with our TRX classes to modulate your heart rate. The faster you can recover from a spike in your heart rate, the more "in shape" you are from cardiovascular perspective.
We give you the H7 Polar Monitor, or you can bring your own and monitor your heart rate on the screen. This way the trainers can "listen" to your body and we train accordingly.
